Material Receipt & DispatchVerify incoming material against purchase orders and delivery notes. Inspect materials for quality and damages during receipt. Prepare dispatch orders, delivery challans, and material issue slips. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely distribution. 3. Documentation & ComplianceUpdate stock register (physical/digital) daily. Maintain records of GRNs, issue slips, gate passes, and material returns. Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, safety protocols, and audit standards. Assist in statutory documentation for scrap disposal or excess stock. 4. Store Organization & SafetyOrganize store layout for logical item placement and accessibility. Ensure safe stacking, storage, and handling of materials. Identify and report damaged, expired, or obsolete materials. Enforce housekeeping and fire safety measures within the store premises. 5.
